As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Purple Potato – The Vintage Boutique. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms set forth below.

We understand everyone makes mistakes. In case of accidental order placements, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund (reflected in 7-10 business days) from your account. If items have been dispatched, the return process will be followed.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. We ensure that the packing is sturdy such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. In case you receive damaged goods, please attach a clear image of the same and email us at support@purplepotato.in or WhatsApp on +91 9810598051.

Courier charges will be borne by the customer for all orders placed in INDIA for other countries, once you place an order will get back with charges, on receipt of charges goods will be shipped.
International Duties if any will be born by the customers.

  1. We only accept returns on apparel. Candles and Wax Tablets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. To exchange or get a refund to your original payment method, online returns must be initiated within 72 hours. No returns accepted after 72 hours of order receipt date.
  3. All domestic returns are free of charge.
  4. Returning online is easy. Simply fill this form: Return & Exchange Form
  5. Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you via email.
  6. We’ll generate a return order to the same address as shipped. It will be picked up the following working day. Please keep original packing intact to avoid damage to apparel during transit.
  7. You can also come to our store for returns/refunds/exchanges within 72 hours of order receipt date.

For return orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred.

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we’ll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Please give us a chance to fix this – drop us an email at support@purplepotato.in within 72 hours from the delivery date with the following info:

  • Your Order Reference (e.g #1234)
  • The product name/size/color of the defected item (e.g. Rose Hoodie/XS/Pepper)
  • Photo of the defect

Our Customer Care team will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours. If the product is no longer in-stock, A refund will be issued.

We’ll drop you an email once we’ve processed your parcel on receipt and checked its eligibility. 

If your package is not eligible for return, i.e Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.Orders made with promo codes / season sale are not returnable.

In this case, if you want your package back:

  • You’ll be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances.
  • We’ll advise on the return fees and re-delivery fees incurred.
  • On receipt of the above payment we will initiate the return process.
