We take great care to maintain strict quality checks for our products. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of the fabric and individual screen settings, there may be slight variations in color and print placements from piece to piece.
This is because we prefer to minimize the use of chemicals and be environmentally conscious by utilizing fabrics that are dyed or printed to reduce wastage.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
What If I Want To Return My Order?
- Orders made with promo codes / season sale are not returnable.
- We only accept returns on apparel. Candles and Wax Tablets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
From time to time we may make mistakes, we apologize in advance for that and hope that you will give us a second chance.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within 72 hours of delivery of the package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages.
Any issues reported after 72 hrs will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.
What If I Want To Exchange My Order?
If the product you receive is different from the order placed, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm, we’ll schedule a Reverse Pickup from your house to our warehouse & ship you the correct product. Don’t worry, you’re in safe hands, all communication will be smooth. In this case we will bear the cost of getting the product back to us.
In cases where there are sizing issues from your end and you want to size up or down, we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size subject to its availability.
How to process your exchange
As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange.
The piece must be returned to the Purple Potato warehouse in Gurugram within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request. The package must be returned unused - with original tags and packaging. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer. Any items received beyond 7 days of registering the exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
We do not offer exchange or return on our wellness products, international orders, or sale items.
If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. We will however encourage you to check with your friends and family for they might like to take that piece off your hands. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer
What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
Everyone makes mistakes, but we hope we never get a cancellation request from you. In case you want to cancel your order with Purple Potato: The Vintage Boutique, please do so within 12 hours of order placement for a full refund (reflected in 7-10 business days). We won’t be able to cancel once the products have been shipped. If items have been dispatched, the return process will have to be followed.
