Shipping & Sales

All Purple Potato products are currently available on our website and our Store in Gurgaon.

We ship from our warehouse in Gurgaon, India. Please expect to receive your order within 7 business days of shipping date. Kindly note: Any orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, shall only be shipped on Monday next week 🙂 It’s not us, it’s the courier company policy!

Purple Potato – The Vintage Boutique offers free shipping worldwide. International return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. For more information read our Terms & Conditions Policy.

Payments

Purple Potato: The Vintage Boutique accepts UPI/Card/Net Banking/Wallet Via Cash Free & PayPal.

Cash on Delivery – Available for Domestic customers only.

Take a long breath in, and slowly out. We’re here for you. In case your payment has failed & deducted from your account, and the order has not been placed, ping our support ID support@purplepotato.in and we assure you, your concern will be addressed on priority.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Courier charges will be borne by the customer for all orders placed in INDIA for other countries, once you place an order will get back with charges, on receipt of charges goods will be shipped.
International Duties if any will be born by the customers.

We’ll drop you an email once we’ve processed your parcel on receipt and checked its eligibility. 

If your package is not eligible for return, i.e Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.Orders made with promo codes / season sale are not returnable.

In this case, if you want your package back:

  • You’ll be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances.
  • We’ll advise on the return fees and re-delivery fees incurred.
  • On receipt of the above payment we will initiate the return process.

Domestic Returns

  1. We only accept returns on apparel. Candles and Wax Tablets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. To exchange or get a refund to your original payment method, online returns must be initiated within 72 hours. No returns accepted after 72 hours of order receipt date.
  3. All domestic returns are free of charge.
  4. Returning online is easy. Simply fill this form: Return & Exchange Form
  5. Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you via email.
  6. We’ll generate a return order to the same address as shipped. It will be picked up the following working day. Please keep original packing intact to avoid damage to apparel during transit.
  7. You can also come to our store for returns/refunds/exchanges within 72 hours of order receipt date.

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we’ll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Received a defective item?

We’re incredibly sorry you received a defective item! 🙁

Please give us a chance to fix this – drop us an email at support@purplepotato.in within 72 hours from the delivery date with the following info:

  • Your Order Reference (e.g #1234)
  • The product name/size/color of the defected item (e.g. Rose Hoodie/XS/Pepper)
  • Photo of the defect

Our Customer Care team will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours. If the product is no longer in-stock, A refund will be issued.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We’ll drop you an email once we’ve processed your parcel on receipt and checked its eligibility.

Everyone makes mistakes, but we hope we never get a cancellation request from you. In case you want to cancel your order with Purple Potato: The Vintage Boutique, please do so within 12 hours of order placement for a full refund (reflected in 7-10 business days). We won’t be able to cancel once the products have been shipped. If items have been dispatched, the return process will have to be followed.

All garments come with easy wash care instructions attached. Please read them carefully. As a general rule of thumb, run a gentle cycle & machine wash cold – separately or with similar colors. To avoid color transfer, do not keep wet with other clothes. You may line dry or tumble dry low. Get all tye-dye garments dry-cleaned & please do not use bleach.
